For those of you who have to travel on La Jolla Blvd., you know that you try to avoid it at all costs. My daughter lives nearby and we sometimes must travel there. We have a very dear friend who lives on High Valley Rd. and we visit him numerous times throughout the year.

- Credit card companies are cutting off their noses to spite their faces. Please tell me what rocket scientist decided that the way to make more money is by raising interest rates, increasing minimum payments, etc.
